Privacy Policy

Scope

This policy covers PayForge, ForgeShift, ForgeTrack, WatchCue, and the Forge Apps support website. WatchCue is a separate product from the Forge software suite but is covered by this shared policy.

App data

Our applications are designed to minimise data collection. App data is primarily stored on your device unless a feature requires a connected service, you enable a synchronisation feature, or you explicitly choose to share information.

WatchCue

WatchCue stores the viewing information you choose to create, such as your library, episode and season progress, title status, ratings, film notes, settings, and reminder preferences. Saved library data can be kept available through local caching. If you choose to use WatchCue's iCloud backup and restore features, the relevant backup data is sent to and stored through Apple's iCloud services under your Apple account and Apple's privacy policies. WatchCue also supports exporting and importing your viewing data at your request.

WatchCue may request notification permission so it can deliver release reminders for titles you follow. You control whether notifications are allowed in your device settings. We do not receive the content of your personal library, ratings, or notes merely because you use the app.

Support messages

If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to include in your email, such as your name, email address, device details, screenshots, and description of the issue. We use that information only to respond to and investigate your request.

Purchases

For purchases made through an app store, the relevant store provider processes billing and payment data according to its policies. Apple processes App Store purchases under Apple's policies, and Google processes Google Play purchases under Google's policies. We do not receive your full payment details.

We may update this policy as applications and their features evolve. The date above indicates when the policy was most recently revised.
